John is an ABC Certified Orthotist. He is a graduate of New York University Post Graduate Medical School Certificate program in Orthotics and has his B.S. Degree from Boston College. John has over 40 years of experience as an Orthotist. He coordinates a weekly outpatient clinics at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth. John specializes in Scoliosis Management, Stance Control Orthoses and has extensive experience in Sports Bracing. John is our clinical care manager for Orthotic Services. He and his wife Sue have three grown children, and two grandsons who are their pride and joy! You can find John traveling or spending time with friends and family when he is not in the office!
Peter is an educated Orthotist who has an A.S. Degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a Graduate of the University Of Minnesota Medical School Department Of Orthopedic Surgery’s Orthotic Practitioner Certificate Program. Peter has over 30 years experience as an Orthotist and specializes in knee bracing and lower extremity disorders. He works closely with the physicians at the Brigham & Woman’s Foot and Ankle Center at the Faulkner Hospital, he holds weekly outpatient clinics at Signature Healthcare in Brockton and Needham Orthopedic Associates. Peter is passionate about his patients’ care and strives to provide them the best possible outcome. Peter is an avid skier and sailor; he is married to his wife Janet and has three daughters.

Jason is an ABC certified Prosthetist/Orthotist. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut’s Newington Post –Graduate Certificate program in Prosthetics and Orthotics and has his BS Degree from Tufts University. Jason has over 20 years’ experience working in Orthotics and Prosthetics and worked as a physical therapy assistant before pursing his career in O&P. Jason is a very talented Prosthetist who is trained and certified in the latest prosthetic technologies available today. Jason has a passion for creating devices that enable his patients to be as independent and active as possible. He finds that his education in Spanish is very helpful to the practice! Jason is a doting and dedicated Dad to his two young daughters.

Tyler Brisbois

Tyler first came to Rogerson O&P as a student intern. He started out on a 6-week unpaid summer internship that eventually turned into a full-time residency in Prosthetics and Orthotics for 2018 & 2019. Tyler has his Master of Science Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Hartford and his Bachelors Degree In Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts of Amherst. He is a certified prosthetist and orthotist. Tyler is a welcomed addition to our clinical team. He brings a wealth of knowledge, training in the latest developments in O&P care and has a calm and thoughtful approach with his patients. We are happy to have him with us to expand our prosthetic services to more patients and locations. Tyler is an outdoorsman who enjoys regular hunting and fishing trips with family and friends.

Paula is a graduate of Northeastern University. Paula is a Past President, current Vice President and Insurance Committee member of the Massachusetts Society of Orthotics and Prosthetics. Paula is dedicated to the Massachusetts O&P community advocating for patients and providers by working to educate insurers and legislators of the importance of O&P care and proper insurance coverage. She played a key role in the implementation of Massachusetts Prosthetic Parity Law. Paula regularly attends Billing and Education programs, maintains our compliance and accreditation standards and handles all special case insurance and payment reviews for our patients. Paula is married to her husband Richie and they enjoy escaping to their log home in Vermont every chance they get. Paula enjoys the outdoors and is an avid skier.
Mike is the fourth generation of Rogersons to join the family company. He joined the business in 2015 as part of our administrative management team. Mike had previously worked in operations management for one of the area’s largest and nationally recognized floral companies for over 10 years. He then decided to bring his talents home to the family business. Mike worked as a technician back in his early college days but decided that his talents are better used helping operate the financial side of the business. Mike is our Billing Manager, making sure we are getting paid for the care and products we provide. He is the current acting Treasurer of the Massachusetts Society of Orthotics and Prosthetics. Mike is an avid golfer and snowboarder who enjoys spending time away from the office in the White Mountains or on Cape Cod.

Gladys Santiago joined the Rogerson Team in September 2017. We like to say we stole Gladys from the banking industry, having known her for many years before she came to work for us. Gladys is our front office coordinator. She joined us with the reputation for great customer service and welcomes all our customers with her warm and helpful manner. Although she is new to the O&P industry, Gladys is smart and a fast learner who is quickly becoming and expert on the ins and outs of insurance policies. She will help you get scheduled and navigate your insurance policy to be sure you understand your coverage for the care you need. Outside the office Gladys and her husband Ricky are the very proud and busy parents to five children.

John (aka Parker) has been working as an Orthotic technician with us for over 20 years. He is a valued member of our team. John is a creative and skilled technician who specializes in fabricating custom molded AFO’s and lower extremity Orthotics. John continually works to explore and develop new techniques to make the finest device possible. John was a bicycle mechanic before he began his career in orthotics and is still an avid mountain biker. John enjoys giving back and will often times find and fix up old bicycles to donate to someone in need. He enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with his dog Sandy!
